- Dans un wok huilé faite revenir vos carottes avec l'ail écrasé et votre cebette et faite sauter pendant 5min
- Ajouter vos courgette et faite sauter 5min
- Dans une casserole mettre son vermicelles ajouter de l'eau et faite cuire comme des pâtes pendant 10min il ne faut pas qu'il soit trop moue
- Enfin dans votre wok mettez votre viande haché et faite sauter pendant 5min
- Une fois que tout est cuit ajouter vos vermicelles à vos légumes ainsi que la sauce soja et l'huile de sésame et faite sauter 5min
- Si vous trouvez que cela manque de peps ajouter de la poudre de piment
