  2. Dans une casserole chauffer l’huile d’olive. Y ajouter l’oignon, l’ail et le gingembre. Faire frire 2 min et saupoudrer de curcuma.Incorporer le cresson. Remuer et laisser frire environ 3 min.
  3. Eplucher et détailler les pommes de terre en cubes. Les incorporer avec le cresson.
  4. Verser 750 ml d’eau tiède, le bouillon cube, le thym, le romarin et les herbes de Provence.
  5. Mettre un couvercle et laisser mijoter pendant 20
