Hey everyone, it is Drew, welcome to our recipe page. Today, I will show you a way to make a distinctive dish, naan. One of my favorites food recipes. For mine, I’m gonna make it a little bit unique. This will be really delicious.

Naan is a leavened, oven-baked flatbread found in the cuisines mainly of Western Asia, South Asia, Indonesia, Myanmar and the Caribbean. Garlic naan bread recipe - naan bread is a traditional Indian flat bread. This version of homemade garlic naan bread is soft, buttery and garlicy. Naan is a unique and popular flatbread with a chewy texture that has its roots in India.

The ingredients needed to make Naan:
  1. Prepare 300 g farine
  2. Get 1 yaourt nature

Instructions to make Naan:
  1. Mélanger tous les ingrédients ensemble et ajouter un peu d'eau tiède si la pâte est trop sèche. Elle doit être élastique.
  2. Laisser reposer 10 minutes.
  3. Séparer la pâte en six parts et l'étaler en lui donnant deux tours, sur un plan de travail fariné.
  4. Cuire dans une poêle pendant 5 minutes de chaque côté jusqu'à ce que la galette gonfle.
  5. Déguster bien chaud.

Soft and fluffy, with a great texture, and went perfect with the Easy Indian Butter Chicken recipe off this site. I made you guys a naan without yeast a few months ago, to go with the life-changing butter chicken, and even though that's great for a night when you need naan NOW… real naan is better. Yeasty naan is so. darn. good!
